Playing drums since 1965, it was probably artists such as John Bonham from Led Zeppelin, Ringo Starr from the Beatles, and Charlie Watts from the Rolling Stones that influenced Tims styles and still impacts the music he plays today. Joining Ripley Street offered him the chance to take his music to a new level, moving beyond the Chicago market. Many times Tim turns the drum riser into the center of attention. Whereas many drummers go unnoticed or try fancy tricks to catch the eye, Tim lets his playing build the music foundation that everyone hears and gets his attention that way.
